Terry White Chemmart have been a long-standing client of Interior Fitouts. We work closely with them and tender for their Franchise Partner stores. However, this tender was an extension of the usual Pharmacy Fitout and involved the addition of a health food store and cafe attached to the Terry White Chemmart Lutwytche pharmacy, branded Nutritious Delicious.
Nutritious Delicious & Co, which targets the younger population in this area, are passionate advocates for healthy lifestyles and doing right by the earth. Stocking local products where possible and products that are ethically produced. Using biodegradable coffee cups for their fairtrade organic coffee beans and choose natural environmentally friendly cleaning products to use in the store.
Interior Fitouts were successful on the tender, not on price but on taking time with the Franchise Owners, Susie and Sam Pagano, to fully understand the brief and to allow Interior Fitouts to explain the methodology that needed to be applied for a successful fitout to be delivered on time and on budget with the challenges presented when being within a Shopping Centre environment.
In 5 weeks, Interior Fitouts used 30 contractors to completed 600sqm of space across the usual Pharmacy Fitout and the additional 1st store for Nutritious Delicious. Collaboration and support as a team has secured a strong bond with these Clients.
